General Policies and Procedures
Mill Creek Resort is family owned and operated and our guests are very important to us. Policies make sure that all our guests have a safe and enjoyable time. If you have an issue with another guest while staying here, please call us at 865-428-3498, no matter the time of day or night, and let us address the issue. Chances are, if they are disturbing you, they are disturbing others also. Thank You!
Emergencies: In the event of an emergency Dial 911.
Weather Emergencies: If the fire siren sounds a high pitch for an extended time, it is a severe weather emergency. Please seek shelter at the clubhouse located at the back of the check-in center; there are doors at both sides of the building.
No Smoking: Our rental units are 100% SMOKE-FREE If smoking is detected a charge of $250.00 will be added to your stay and you will be asked to leave.
No Pets: No Pets allowed in Rental Units or buildings.
Cancelations Policy: Cancellations MUST be completed by phone or in person, and MUST be done no less than 7 days prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. Credit will be issued less 15% cancellation fee on the first nights deposit when cancellation is canceled prior to 7 days of arrival.
We have a No Refund Policy.
Registered Guests: We require valid contact information from the guest making the reservations including first and last name, address, phone number, and signature. The names of all guests occupying the room must be registered. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in rental unit. Registered guest agrees to immediately report any accident, injury or property damage to the manager or staff. If a hazard or dangerous situation exists on the premise, guests must notify the Management or staff immediately. A charge of $250.00 will be added for ANY damages or extra cleaning to the room, bedding, or property.
Quiet Hours/Courtesy to your neighbors: 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
Do Not Disturb: We understand and respect the need for privacy. Mill Creek Resort reserves the right to visually inspect all units every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the conditions of the room. Towels are changed out daily. Please place the towels you would like changed out on the floor of the bathroom. If you would like to have your linens changed during your stay please contact the office. If you have any issues please contact the office immediately, we want to make your stay with us a pleasant one.
